Fees are due at the time of service.

Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover are accepted.

Indra Psychological Services LLC does NOT participate or contract with any insurance plan.

Indra Psychological Services LLC is considered out of network with insurance companies. However, clients will receive the necessary detailed billing statements so that they can submit claims for reimbursement from their insurance company directly.  Most plans do provide coverage for out-of-network providers.  It is strongly recommended that new clients check with their insurance companies prior to the first appointment to verify the out-of-network benefits they may have.  

Reimbursement rates vary by plan.  These are questions you may ask your insurance carrier prior to first appointment:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage?
• Do I need pre-authorization?
• Do you reimburse for services related to my diagnosis?
• What is the reimbursement rate for a Standard (forty-five minutes) individual therapy session?
• What is the reimbursement rate for family therapy or group therapy?
• Do you reimburse for sessions longer than forty-five minutes?
• Do you reimburse for two or more sessions in the same day?
• Is there is session limit per year?
• How often must I submit a claim to my insurance company?
